From Waste plinko to Resource
1
Collection plinko and Sorting
The recycling process begins with the collection of plastic waste from businesses, industries, and communities. Once the plastic is gathered, it is transported to our facility, where it undergoes a meticulous sorting process. Plastics are separated based on type (e.g., PET, HDPE, PVC) and color, ensuring that each material can be processed correctly.
2
Cleaning plinko and Shredding
After sorting, the plastic waste is thoroughly cleaned to remove any contaminants such as labels, adhesives, or dirt. Once clean, the plastic is fed into shredders, which break it down into small flakes. This step is crucial for further processing and ensures that the plastic is in a manageable form for recycling.
3
Pelletization plinko and Reformation
The shredded plastic flakes are then melted and formed into small pellets through a process known as pelletization. These pellets serve as raw materials for the creation of new plastic products. At this stage, the recycled plastic is ready to be used in manufacturing, reducing the need for virgin plastics and supporting a circular economy.
